Overall, how would you describe your experience at Siemens?
Working at Siemens is great! They give you lots of responsibilities as well as new opportunities pushing you to be better
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have led many projects in my first year including a sub framework analysis of the processes, creating crib sheets for process improvements, discrepancy reporting processes, migration of data from one CMS to another and more.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

We finance many meaningful and important kit such as renewables and smart infrastructure to save waste and much more

I find the pension scheme and the healthcare very good with Siemens

They have given me lots of exposure and experience in a variety of roles and responsibilities preparing me a lot with speeches, presentations, work ethic, and much more

We have time set each week where you go away and learn new skills and develop your learning which you do during work hours and this could be any skills you want to learn which is great

I cant fault the culture in Siemens, everyone (Including the SLT) are very approachable and always have time to listen and support where possible

we host many event for DEI such as black history month, menopause awareness etc, where we have talks, food and much more
