Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Good company to work for, good job security and support. A bit intimidating at first and struggling to cope with scaling up graduate intakes

I enjoy the management duties working with various teams and seeing how everyone operates. I also enjoy working towards a goal and being able to report success

Good role but due to security reasons I wasnt really sure what i was going into, a bit of a 'leap of faith'

Keep and open mind and go with the flow. Will be confusing at first.
