Overview of the Role
Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I have really enjoyed my experience of the BAE systems graduate scheme. I felt welcomed into the company through the induction process and having completed the industrial placement scheme, I was able to hit the ground running in the role. Finally, I enjoyed the personal effectiveness program, it was a good opportunity to test my assumptions, learn about some new tools I could use at work and network with other graduates.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have found the role to be fulfilling if not a little data input heavy - mainly scheduling based. I have enjoyed engaging with different stakeholders across the business.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

To some extent but I can't hit all the project management objectives. However I am doing some professional development training alongside the role.
