Challenging and rewarding. Provided plenty of development opportunities and meaningful work.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Structural analysis for airframe components. I really the problem solving and critical thinking involved with the role.

It started off slow but over time I was able to get involved in project work and given feedback that bettered my development.
