Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Slow to begin with lack of work until fully onboarded. Now I receive an adequate amount it is much better
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Completing fatigue analysis on components - I enjoy this the most

I feel it is preparing me to do the role I am currently doing and will come out onto. Although I do feel if I was to switch companies or teams I would lack preperation.

I have mentors, buddy's and line managers that all support me very well, although my line manager is at a different site, 5 hours away, which makes it a challenge

Older people in the company do not understand the new culture. Hybrid working is allowed but has begun to be frowned upon
