Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
I am enjoying my experience. I have been given challenging opportunities and responsibilities without feeling too overworked or stretched. There is a good work-life balance.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have been given novel modelling and simulation work, which I enjoy a lot. I also have responsibility for attending some important meetings and giving input.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I have had to seek out information about the wider business and function, to fully understand it. However, I think there will be a career opportunity waiting at the end of the scheme.

Why?
The benefits (they are good especially for such a large company). The flexibility they provide from holiday and working hours helps to maintain a good work-life balance. The work is interesting and meaningful. You are given opportunities to develop and learn.

get your SC clearance forms done asap. If you are relocating, then try to go out and embrace the move as much as possible. It will make all the difference.
