Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?

I am responsible for reviewing supplier evidence and providing review comments for the documents that we receive to ensure that they are conformant with the structure that we have set out and that the content is relevant. I also present this evidence to the customer to gain acceptance from the customer that the equipment that is being supplied meets the operating environment requirements that they have set out.

Experience & Company Culture

How is the support you receive?
4/5
Around 3 months into the graduate scheme my original line manager left the business and was never replaced, this left a big jump in seniority between myself and my current manager. This presented challenges as I was given a lot of responsibility very early on in my career and I had lost the one to one training that my previous manager had time to provide however, this was an excellent opportunity for growth and improvement. My current manager has fully supported this and encouraged me to take on challenges and perform in a role which carries a lot of responsibility.
