I am responsible for completing and checking documentation whilst also developing new methods of working.

Why?
You are fairly compensated and are treated as though you are a part of the business immediately. Rank and role do not have an impact on how you are treated and they work is rewarding.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?

I was not sure what systems engineering was and it was different to what I had in mind but ti has still been a fun experience.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Be honest as well as yourself - don't try to be someone you think they want.
