Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
It has been truly brilliant and very rewarding. I have built a good network and worked on some amazing projects with fantastic opportunities. I have been challenged for the most part, and have achieved a lot in my short time at the company. I have no intention of leaving.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have always loved aircraft, so to be able to now work on them as a aerodynamicist in the engineering function for a job is a real privilege which I immensely enjoy. Within my role, I mainly have done engineering analysis and toolset design work.
I have also completed other roles along side my day job work, such as helping organise and run graduate events, which has allowed for fantastic networking opportunities and skill development, as well as helping on-board other graduates.
