so I do delivery's 2-3 times a week, i also do prep, salad cart, puddings, pot wash and sometimes i do line ( grill, plate and 3rd man)

its an experience, not every day is the same, you would be mad not to take an oppaunity for an apprenticeship

i have learnt new skills, learnt how to prep different foods and also how to cook them as well
