Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Unilever?
Very good experience, I instantly enjoyed the culture and how friendly and helpful everybody is. Feels easy to work with most people and network and form great bonds.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a HRBP I have been involved in recruitment (interviews, Job Description analysis and case study assessments). I have also supported Talent forums and ensuring our teams are rewarded fairly. I worked in the Learning team and supported on building training e-modules for teams in our Supply Chain
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

It varies per role, but I think outside of data, you can contribute meaningfully to strategy
