Overall, how would you describe your experience at Cisco?
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role involves, automation, incident response, and implementing solutions to prevent future outages. When issues arise, we are expected to follow troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis and coordinating with cross-functional teams.
There is a real focus on AI, and on how the benefits can be leveraged within Cisco IT.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
The culture also has scope for expanding beyond your daily responsibilities, actively encouraging innovation through side projects that can benefit Cisco IT operations and the broader organisation, and through Cisco IT Hackathon's.
