All levels of the company were invested in me and my course - making sure it was right for me and i was progressing well. Looking after me, my team and my wellbeing at the same time

I have been able to work with and spend time with colleagues in other roles who are also completing their apprenticeships. This has helped to build a network of other people in other roles i did not spend time with before.
I have also been invited to events within M&B specifically aimed at people completing qualifications - this has allowed us to celebrate together and be part of the annual company PRIDE awards where we can celebrate our successes
