I am currently a recruitment partner, I screen and interview candidates for our head chef and general manager roles. I also partnership with my RBMS in how we can help ensure recruitment process are being followed whilst upskilling our teams. I am currently also doing my level 5 operations management apprenticeship alongside this.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy the programme, the tutors are engaging as is the online content. It is useful and relevant

learnt a lot of new skills, particularly in the time management section & dealing with crisis management and if issues arise.

very well structured, very organised and the face to face days are really engaging and in nice locations

I receive all the support I need, I can do my course in my work time and my manager is really supportive in anything i may need.

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mitchells and Butlers?
Research the role first, make sure you understand the menu offering/site location as we quite often get candidates applying for sites and they dont know where they are.
