Arm is an amazing company to work for, they're progressive, modern and interested in your personal achievements as well as the companies,

This role allows you to rotate into different teams gaining more experience this targets your interest areas. Being the hub for the company provides very interesting insight into the people, community and culture and lets you be in a position to help people.

Arm is super inclusive, they have regular events hosted in all offices for different periods. They are constantly making everyone aware of things up and coming in newsletters, home pages etc. Its great to have a company that. appreciates everyone and anyone and wants to make other people within aware and up to date on events. They also take DEIA very seriously when hiring, promoting and in higher leadership.
How would you rate Arm CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

They have a volunteering program which is incredible for local charities as well as near by to you. They have graduate socials and regular events to help integrate you with other graduates and the wider ARM.
