Overall, how would you describe your experience at Unilever?

Really positive. Great colleagues who are generous with their time to help graduates grow. Support with upskilling and breadth of experience.

What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?

4 rotations across a 3 year period. Included people analytics, HR business partnering and People Partnering. Most enjoyed people partnering, supporting employees through employment lifecycle events such as maternity, performance, retirement etc
