Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
Arm has been a great place to learn and grow. I’ve received strong support from the company, my team, and my peers. I’ve had the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and stay informed about industry developments through seminars and talks. The work-life balance here is also excellent.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I’ve been working on delivering new software and doing debugging work, which has been both challenging and rewarding. The projects often depend on each other, so a lot of coordination is needed — and I really enjoy seeing how my work contributes to other teams’ success, and vice versa. It’s given me a great perspective on the industry as a whole.

How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The salary is quite decent for the regular 9-to-5 work schedule, and the relocation package and RSUs have been great. Overall, I’m quite satisfied.
