Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Positive experience with a lot of diversity, but my team is very small so it can be a struggle to integrate myself socially
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Support for the build line, I enjoy most elements of the role as I'm able to engage in a wide range of processes and it keeps me engaged and enthusiastic

Very supportive for early careers, and lots of career development possibilities and movement within the same company.

The umbrella term of "system engineer" which I applied for had many different roles within it, so it was hard to form expectations of what my daily activities would be.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Chase up the recruiters, they have teams of people who's role is to place graduates, if you haven't heard anything back send an email, let them know about your enthusiasm to work with the company.
