Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Very good
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The role is different for each person and depends which area you are put into. My role has a lot of meetings with Senior Engineers from around the company which I enjoy

Depends, some grads have much more workload than others. I would say that I am doing the job of a Senior Integration Engineer, but I understand that BAE has spent money investing in me

Everyone is very nice and welcoming. Flexible working arrangements depends on role but for me it is pretty good.
