Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Overall very good, challenging rewarding work with the support needed to push onto career aspirations
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I enjoy being a product owner leading a team of 3 people in order to meet the customers expectations. Recently my role has transformed into a more development based role which has been great as i get to use skills I haven't used since the start of university.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Very much so even though my role has transformed due to unforeseen circumstances in both teams I felt very valued

With the flexi time option my work life balance is very good as i normally have accrued enough hours to only work half a day Friday
