Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
A mixed bag, my initial role was a more on site role at Brough as a Systems Engineer, I didn't particularly enjoy this role and moved after 7 months into a remote Software Engineering role with two main offices in Leeds and London respectively, this role has been great so far.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The main responsibilities of my first Systems Engineering role was to do Model Based Systems Engineering for processes surrounding engineering workflows.
My current role is to develop and deploy software solutions for a new project.

Why?
Great working culture and great work life balance - projects are wide and you can go anywhere with the company as is my experience - I didn't enjoy my role, mentioned it to my manager and was moved to a better role rapidly (i.e. the support offered was great).
