Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
It has been a very positive experience - I have been able to grow and develop throughout my graduate scheme.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I have enjoyed working with suppliers and being able to lead improvement project that will benefit the business.

I think the role is really preparing me for my future career as I am able to explore different interests that I have and get experiences that will help shape my career moving forward. It is a very supportive environment where everyone is happy to share their knowledge and experiences with you.

I have had plenty of opportunities to develop skills both by peer learning with my team as well as through different formal training opportunities.

My work-life balance is good as I am able to work hard during my working hours but also have time to relax and unwind in my personal time.
