Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Overall a very positive experience, I feel supported every day at work and it allows me to develop myself professionally with ease.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Technical document creation, Electrical theory work, Electronic device workings. Most enjoyable is the combined working including all aspects of the job to create a visible final piece of work.

Support on professional registration and further training was made apparent to me as soon as i started my role within the company, support with professional development is also available with a corporate mentor being available is another big benefit.
