Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
So far has been excellent, good mentorship and large graduate network.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Main responsibility is working as part of the team completing Jira tickets towards the overall project. I enjoy working as part of the team.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I think the starting salary is fair. You also get stock options, healthcare benefits, and free access to the company gym.

Work from home arrangements are available. Working hours are flexible, but new starters may be expected to be more visibly at the desk during expected working hours.
