Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
My experience at Arm has been both intellectually stimulating and highly collaborative. As an Information Developer, I’ve had the opportunity to work closely with engineers, architects, and product teams to create clear, accurate, and accessible documentation that supports Arm’s diverse ecosystem of hardware and software developers.
What I’ve valued most is Arm’s strong and diverse culture. I’ve been able to apply and expand my skills across a range of projects and non-project work, getting to work with an amazing mix of highly inclusive and collaborative team members.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
The role has also given me a deep appreciation for Arm’s collaborative approach: knowledge sharing, peer reviews, and continuous improvement are embedded in how we work. Combined with supportive leadership and a commitment to innovation, it’s been an environment where I can grow both technically, while contributing to the team's goal.

When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Arm?
Know what you are applying for. They are looking for people who can adapt and willing to work around a problem, not someone with all the answers. It is perfect alright to not have the correct answer, you just need to show that you have passion for the mission.
