Great. The work environment is very welcoming.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Varies based on the current project. My role generally involves showcasing AI workloads on arm hardware. I enjoy having meaningful work to contribute to right from the get go.

There are so many different things being worked on at Arm that anyone can find projects that excite them. The work life balance and compensation are also very good.

The work done between different engineering departments and teams varies greatly and their interview questions will reflect that. Take time to fully understand the role you are applying and what work you would be expected to do, this will help in interviews.
