Events and Engagement Specialist Review

My tasks varied across different projects and each day was different. However, my work included market research, writing agendas and taking notes for workshops/meetings, and other administrative work for events.
The environment I was working in was not micromanaging therefore I was able to get involved in other projects that I was interested in, therefore developing more skills.

The skills that I have developed the most is market research and data analysis using EXCEL. I have also improved my project management skills and learn how to teamwork.

Naturally, my manager has been the most supportive throughout the whole process of my internship. Their support was to help me integrate into the team, improve my work, enhance my employability chances after the internship.
The rest of the team has been positive and supportive as well whenever I requested it or they saw me struggling.

The general atmosphere was positive and encouraging to drive excellence. I have always sensed this through the constructive feedback that I have received, the measures put in place for my needs, and how everybody treated eachother.

I have had only positive experiences and outcomes from completing this internship. I would love to return and work again as part of this team in the future. But if this will not be the case, I am keen to take the skills and energy that I have acquired while working here, further to my future roles.

Yes
