Yes
Why?
Endless opportunities to learn and develop your skills through work, courses enjoyment with customers and senior engineers, travel and so much more
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
3/5
The roles you apply can cover large areas for example I applied to airframe engineering. That covers everything associated with structural engineering, aerodynamics and design all of which in themselves have many sub categories, some of which may not cover what you expect but there is the opportunity to explore a lot of them
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to BAE Systems?
Don't apply to Prestwick for Air Samlesbury and Warton is best, higher pay, faster career progression, significantly better site and more flexibly ion flexi and overtime
