Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
It has been an amazing experience - I've developed a lot as a professional and experienced a range of opportunites.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My role involves a wide variety of responsibilities, including team software development, supporting and managing sprints and agile methodologies as well as leading a team of fellow graduates. The variety is what makes this so enjoyable.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Flexible working really helps with work-life balance, though depending on the perspective can blend the two.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

The values and company behaviours are taken seriously and truly embodied by all. Hybrid working is available but I personally don't like working from home.
How would you rate BAE Systems initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

There are Employee Resource Groups for all of the above - neurodiversity, mental health, gender, age, D&I, accessibility, which are really useful.
How would you rate BAE Systems CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

BAE are great at supporting local communities as well as climate change, but not much else known.
