Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Very good. Everyone has been very welcoming so far and willing to lend their expertise to help get me up to speed.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Managing requirements and facilitating system owner's development of their requirements.
The elements of the job that I enjoy is the solo, more pure, engineering side of things. Meetings can be interesting but being given a problem or a task and just focusing on it until it's solved is the my preferred area.

there is a pressure to do overtime of 10% of your hours which isn't ideal but the individuals are very focused on ensuring everyone has a work life balance.
