Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Very good, I joined with 23 other grads at the same time so there was a good community there. There have been ample opportunities throughout the grad scheme to try new things and work on different projects
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Completing forms for design changes, understanding engineering of different systems. i have enjoyed working with other people and the chances to network

A lot of it is new. The formal training we have been given has been quite generic but the on the job role is a good learning curve
