Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
It's been okay. There are a lot of benefits like the salary, bonuses, hybrid work etc. but I also feel that I haven't had much proper training, so feels a bit like being thrown in the deep end.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Creating and reviewing calculations, engineering models and reviewing potential design/build problems.
