Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Mostly positive. Lots of training and business opportunities available, including networking across functions and national sectors. Good benefits. However, some aspects of the Graduate Scheme feel poorly managed, difficult to transfer roles if not comfortable.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Project delivery for new infrastructure and facilities. Communication between the client, contractor, and team. Review of issues with across lifecycle of projects and gateway reviews to ensure compliance is held.
