Overall, how would you describe your experience at BAE Systems?
Excellent! I left the civil service and everything I wanted to get from BAE Systems I have been able to get. Couldn't be happier with my decision.

Supplier management, supplier visits, engagement with international partners, strategic thinking

Coming from the civil service, their pension was excellent, the overall package for BAE Systems with the bonus, shares and pension is good!
