Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis.

My role was to develop a new PALS curriculum for bioscience students at the university. On a day to day basis this involved looking through the modules, identifying areas where PAL support would be needed and then developing lessons for future PALS to use.

Were you given much responsibility during your placement / internship?

Yes I think so, I was the only intern working on my particular project so all the responsibility was on me in terms of student perspective on the project. But it never felt like too much responsibility or stressful
