Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
My experience at Arm has been fantastic. The graduate programme offers a great balance of learning, challenge, and development. I've had the chance to work with talented, supportive colleagues who genuinely care about helping you grow and succeed.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Each rotation brings something new - from financial analysis and forecasting to pricing and strategic projects. I've enjoyed the variety, the trust placed in me to take on meaningful work, and the opportunity to collaborate with knowledgeable people across the business.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

I've been able to contribute to high-impact projects in every rotation and see my work inform key business decisions. It's rewarding to feel trusted and valued for the work I do.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Arm offers a strong compensation package - competitive salary, RSU grants, ESPP, health and dental insurance, good pension contributions, and a flexible hybrid working policy.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

The programme is excellent preparation for the future. Working with senior leaders and skilled colleagues has given me insight into what drives success in finance and helped build the skills I'll need to progress in my career.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Extremely high. The graduate programme challenges you, ensuring continuous learning both through formal training and day-to-day experience. I've developed a range of skills - from financial analysis, business partnering, accounting, and project management to more technical skills in data analysis using R, Python, Excel Power Query.

How is the support you receive?

The support at Arm is great. You are assigned a buddy who takes you for lunch and helps you settle in. The HR team is incredibly helpful before joining, answering every question and even arranging temporary accommodation for those relocating. Induction off-sites like the Graduate Conference and Big Picture Day are fantastic for meeting other new starters and building networks straight away.
How is your work-life balance?

The work can be challenging at times, but overall, the balance is great. Arm's flexible hybrid working policy allows for strong collaboration while maintaining personal time and wellbeing. Arm trusts you to manage your own work effectively.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Arm's culture is very inclusive, positive, and welcoming. Everyone is kind and approachable, whilst also incredibly knowledgeable in their field. The hybrid working environment is supportive and flexible.
How would you rate Arm initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

There is a real sense that diverse perspectives are valued, and Arm actively promotes an environment where everyone can bring their whole self to work.
How would you rate Arm CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

Arm has great CSR initiatives. Through the 1 Million Minutes volunteering policy, every employee is given the change to volunteer for causes they care about - from local charities to community projects. It's a great way to give back and see the company's values in action beyond the workplace.
