Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
As Community Partnerships Assistant Producer at the Tower of London I am responsible for the smooth running of the Tower's Community Access Scheme, through supporting local community groups to access the sites.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
I am really enjoying my apprenticeship so far. It is rewarding to work towards something outside of the normal remit of my role. I am finding it rewarding to work on new skills and develop mentoring skills.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
So far I have learnt how to support mentees, communicate effectively, give and receive feedback. It has been very interesting focusing on how this can be applied in a heritage setting.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?

So far my experience has been positive. Sometimes the layout of the apprenticeship portal is a little confusing on where to log your progress.

5/5
I have received full support from my employer, especially my line manager who is very keen for me to use this apprenticeship to expand my horizons in the workplace.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
My training provider so far has been very supportive, and has been in touch to monitor and support with my progress.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
5/5
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
