As a Level 3 Cultural Learning and Participation Officer at the Tower of London, I help design and deliver engaging learning experiences that connect diverse audiences to the site’s unique history and heritage, supporting community engagement by building relationships with local groups, contribute to creative workshops and interactive sessions that bring the Tower’s stories to life and collaborate with teams across Historic Royal Palaces to deliver high‑quality programmes. I also assist with the planning and evaluation stages, to improve learning initiatives, and carry out essential administrative and coordination tasks to ensure activities run smoothly and are accessible, inclusive, and impactful.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

So far i am really enjoying my apprenticeship, working within a team who shares such a great passion for the arts & culture - getting to deliver projects for the wider community has and I have no doubt, will continue to be a great learning experience for me!
