Good onboarding, quick to start doing meaningful tasks. Very strong incentives to develop yourself and grow within the company.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Developing new workflows to aid in automation, as well as maintain the CI/CD pipeline. My team was relatively new so there was lots of room to grow within it.

5/5
Lots of very friendly and intelligent people to talk to, ask question, and learn from.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?
4/5
Starting out in a new team meant there is lots of scope to develop new skills as new business needs are found.

Experience & Company Culture

How is the support you receive?
4/5
Initially weekly 1 to 1s with line manager. Very helpful as a check in when starting out.
How is your work-life balance?
4/5
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?
5/5
Very relaxed and trusting. You are expected to get your work done efficiently and to a high quality, the exact way you go about doing that is very flexible. Be it, working from home a few days a week, or coming in to the office at a flexible time that suits you. The results are valued more than simply "showing up". Hierarchy is by responsibility only, regardless of grade everyone is friendly and willing to help. There's no fear of talking to someone just because they're more senior than you.
How would you rate Arm initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?
5/5
Very diverse and accepting culture with internal groups with events to spread awareness.
How would you rate Arm CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
4/5
Volunteering opportunities are everywhere and are very common to see within the staff.

Would you recommend Arm to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Excellent work culture, exciting projects working on cutting edge technology, and strong compensation for your hard work.
How well did the role match your expectations based on the recruitment process?
5/5
As I interned before I had a good idea of what to expect. There were also some Q&A style sessions as well as 1 to 1 sessions before starting.
When considering the recruitment & onboarding process, have you any specific tips or advice you would give to others applying to Arm?
Take advantage of everything offered, including the relocation support.
