Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
Working at Arm has been an incredibly fulfilling experience both as a professional and an individual. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming and the work facilities and work-life balance are brilliant.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Work within various sub teams within my team to experience different aspects of the product design process.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

You are very much integrated into the workflow from day one and allowed to present your own thoughts and ideas.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The compensation package is exceptional, outside of just salary, the work-life balance and office facilities are amazing.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

The company offers various training courses as well as access to industry professionals, it's a brilliant place to develop as a professional.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

The daily role facilitates learning and development- it is very hands-on but also not pressurising.

How is the support you receive?

It would be nice to not have to chase up my manager quite as much for review meetings- I think this is something that could easily be automatically scheduled.
How is your work-life balance?

The work life balance is brilliant- I have enough free time to pursue personal hobbies and the quarterly "care days" are a great addition.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

The company is very positive and inclusive- there is a definite general presence of passion for the work that people are doing which is nice to work within.
How would you rate Arm initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

The company is very inclusive but some of the employee groups focussed around protected characteristics do feel slightly hollow and almost like placeholders in that not much occurs within or around them.
How would you rate Arm CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?

The company offers half a day of volunteering time for each employee to use each month.

I have had a largely positive experience, the hiring process was very smooth, the work-life balance is phenomenal, and I enjoy the work that I do.
