Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
My experience at Arm has been both technically enriching and professionally rewarding. I’ve had the opportunity to collaborate with highly skilled teams, work on cutting-edge technology, and contribute to projects that shape the future of computing.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
As a Verification Engineer, my primary responsibility is to thoroughly verify design functionality and ensure it meets the required specifications. I focus on identifying and reporting design faults to the designers, helping maintain the overall quality and reliability of the product. I particularly enjoy the problem-solving aspect of this role — analyzing complex issues, debugging, and ensuring that the design performs exactly as intended.
I enjoyed design part mostly
As a Design Engineer, my role involves designing functional blocks, integrating various subsystems into the top-level design, and managing IPs to support other designers in their development work. I also take responsibility for setting up and maintaining the working environment for the entire design team. I enjoy the creative and collaborative aspects of this role — from developing efficient design solutions to enabling smooth integration and teamwork across the project.
