Overview of the Role
Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
Culture wise, everyone is literally super nice and willing to help. I know a lot of people say this but it truly is here. As a graduate I do ask dumb questions sometimes but seniors/managers/director are always there to help.
Aside from that, the company takes good care of its employee by providing great food, free gym, and all sorts of benefit.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?
Wellness wise, there's free gym, free onsite fitness class every day, lower than market meals that is made to order, and all sorts of wellness service. However, I haven't explore the group discount etc..
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?
After 2 years of rotation, I hope I can land in a team that I truly like and grow professionally there.

How is the support you receive?
I also have a buddy that joined Arm 2 years earlier than me, and he actually lives in the same area as me coincidently. He gave me lots of advice and took me out for lunch (sponsored by Arm). I think the buddy scheme is a great arrangement.

Why?
The culture here is supportive. Everyone completes work to a high standard instead of presenteeism.
Work life balance is well.
It also provides the support for your growth, takes good care of your wellbeing, and pay competitively.
Would definitely recommend.
