Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
It's very nice experience. Everyone in my team are friendly and helpful. There are also various activities that company holds for me to enjoy.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I'm able to pick projects that I prefer, and have the opportunity to learn and develop when working.

I'm developing new and existing skills. Arm provides training classes I can take, and I also get to familiarise with the workflow and develop new tools

My buddy and manager are very helpful and considerate. People in arm also reply emails very quickly.
How is your work-life balance?

I'm able to choose days to work from home. The working time each day is also flexible, so it's fine for me to work a bit less in a day if I have some situation, and make it up later.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

It's very inclusive and welcoming, there are also various networking activities. The rule are also not too strict.
