Overall, how would you describe your experience at Arm?
A very welcoming environment where I am able to ramp up at my own pace and learn how the team and codebases work, so that I am able to contribute fully.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Attending weekly stand-ups, biweekly sprint reviews and sprint plannings, and completing tickets for new features and bug fixes. I'm trusted to complete important pieces of work, and am able to do code reviews for more senior colleagues if it's an area I'm comfortable in.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

The working environment is definitely focussed on meaningfully improving the product and each other. Everyone is given their own responsibilities but is able to go to anyone for help.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

The total compensation is very good for a graduate role not in London/Quant, the office is large and feels busy with plenty of good food options whilst also being a comfortable place to work. We are able to work from home when we choose.
