Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Great for learning and APC support. High work-load and fast paced, but you get out of the job what you put in.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Conducting valuations of commercial properties including Offices, Industrial, Retail, Data Centres etc.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

Steep learning curve in valuation so the level of meaningful contribution ramps up with your skillset but there is opportunity for high level of responsibility and contribution if you pursue it. Could do with more consistent feedback positive or negative to understand how you doing.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Graduate role so benefits are less weighted to salary, and towards supported learning/APC and paid for masters.
