Overall, how would you describe your experience at Virgin Media O2?
My time on the graduate scheme at VMO2 was genuinely amazing. What I loved most was how flexible it was—I got to explore loads of different rotations and even set up my own, which meant I could really shape the experience around what I was interested in. The training was well-structured and helpful, but what stood out was how much trust I was given. In every role, I was handed real responsibilities, and that helped me grow quickly. Plus, the support from my managers and teammates made the whole journey feel really empowering and enjoyable.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
I completed four 6 month rotations on the grad scheme.
In my role, I’ve been involved in a mix of things—from supporting transformation projects to helping with business management tasks like planning, reporting, and stakeholder engagement.
What I enjoy most is the variety—no two days are the same—and the fact that I get to work with people across different parts of the business.
