Overview of the Role

Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience at Savills has been very pleasant - Very helpful colleagues, very strong team spirit and i've had many opportunities to develop my learning through training events and day's away (ensuring to grow my knowledge day by day)

Responsibilities include : Seeking voluntary consent for Overhead Line Rebuild Projects as well as consenting small substation sites.
The team i work for is considered one of the best parts of the job for me - we have a very strong team spirit, as well as getting the opportunity to visit nice places throughout the country

How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?
4/5
i am constantly developing my skillset in relation to my role - however, i would say that some of the training events lean a little more Rural Surveyor rather than Land Consents Surveyor, so we do find ourselves having to think out of the box for some of the training as Rural is relevant to an extent but not always

Experience & Company Culture

i would say i am very well supported in my role as my line managers allow me autonomy to take control of my own projects, and they are there when i need further guidance, therefore i feel my confidence is growing as i have been encouraged to do some self directed study
