Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in the estate management team supporting colleagues which involves day to day management of estates carrying out tasks such as property inspections, rent reviews (feeding into level of rents), renewing agreements and other.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have developed lots of new skills and improved on other such as client communication - I have developed my communicating skills which has allowed me to rely information to the client and take instructions.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
How much support do you receive from your employer?
4/5
I receive a lot of support and I know people are willing to help. It can be overwhelming with the amount of work to do but we are always supported.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
5/5
I have had a lot of support and have been able to WFH when I have had assignments due and move my study day if needed to make sure I am using the time I have either side of the working day instead of travelling.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I do not think the UCEM course although it is interesting is hugely relevant and as we deal with a lot of Agricultural Law it would have been beneficial if the degree we studied was relevant.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
4/5
There seems to be lots to get involved in and I do when I can/ am aware of things coming up however I need to make more effort to see what else I can get involved in when I am qualified.
