Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
Very enjoyable and informative. Very supportive of progress especially APC.
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
Depending on the team you are in the the responsibilities differ but generally you are working on active jobs/projects alongside senior staff members.
To what extent does your role give you the opportunity to contribute meaningfully and feel valued by your team?

The trust that is given from Day 1 to take on meaningful work and jobs is very encouraging especially when you are a fresh graduate.
How does your compensation package - including perks & benefits - fairly remunerate you for the work you do?

Yes I believe so as we not fully qualified yet, the compensation seems fair.
How well do you feel the role is preparing you for your future career?

Very good, all staff cares about your personal development and the grad team does their best to support you in anyway possible especially with APC training and preparation.
How would you rate the extent to which you were developing new or existing skills through formal training and your day-to-day role?

Very well, you learn a lot on the job and your personal enthusiasm can influence how much extra you will pick up.

How is the support you receive?

Can turn to line manager, APC supervisor, APC councellor, anyone in grad team / HR. There is an endless network of people willing to help you.
How is your work-life balance?

Very good, there isn't expectations to work crazy hours, it is generally 9-5.30 meaning i have plenty of time for other parts of personal life.
What is the organisational culture, values and general atmosphere like?

Very inclusive and welcoming especially the Diversity and Inclusion network.
How would you rate Savills initiatives when it comes to equality, diversity, inclusion and accessibility?

Always running events and awareness on all different themes of diversity and inclusion, many of which I have personally spoke at.
How would you rate Savills CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) initiatives?
5/5
I have personally volunteered at local food banks and taken part in charity events to raise money for different causes, so Savills to me seems very proactive.
