Overall, how would you describe your experience at Savills?
My experience at Savills has been extremely enjoyable. From day one, I have been provided with a great balance of support and responsibility to enable me to perform and advance my career
What are the main responsibilities of the role and which elements of the role do you enjoy the most?
My responsibilities are to assist with the management of rural estates on behalf of a range of landowners. This includes but is not limited to -
- Maintenance and repairs of let portfolios
- Rent reviews
- Tenancy negotiations
- Budget preparations
- Strategic objectives
- Client reporting
- Annual inspections and compliance management
I enjoy the more people-facing aspects of the job such as site visits and direct communication with clients.
